Registration: Juniors
Cricket Victoria has imposed a new registration process on all clubs this season which means all registration must be done online through the Play Cricket website.
Cricket Victoria will now be charging each player $5 directly for insurance similar to other sports. The registration may feel a little cumbersome initially, but if you follow the prompts you should be able to get it done. Start by following the link below:
The basic steps for a returning player are as follows:

Review the details on the next page, scroll down and "Continue"
If you have created a MyCricket login, use those details to login, otherwise select "Skip this Step"
Enter your child's name as they are registered along with their DOB and from here the system will locate the associated MyCricket record. "Select" this account which will take you through a process of confirming the account via email by selecting "Verify Email"
Once you have access to your child's account you can "Login" and then follow the prompts to complete the registration and payment process.

It is not acceptable to wear any HBCC clothing (or any clothing from another club) on match days. Players must their Heathwood club shirt or a plain white collared shirt along with white pants.
Uniform: Juniors
The uniform for juniors has changed in 2019-20 with the adoption of a full coloured shirt. All players are eligible for a free playing shirt and cap as long as registration fees are paid prior to the start of the season.
The club shirt and cap (or white floppy hat) must be worn on field, along with white cricket pants. No alternative shirts or caps are acceptable.
Juniors playing senior cricket
We have planned for 5 senior teams so there is plenty of opportunity for juniors to play seniors along with other family members who might want to give it a go. Last year our Fourth XI which was mostly made up of dads and kids made the grand final.
In order to help us plan for the season, we would like for any juniors wanting to play seniors to complete an expression of interest form.
There are no additional fees for juniors playing seniors, put players will need to purchase a senior playing shirt in order to play. You can order a senior playing shirt via the website store.
Junior girls cricket
One of the exciting initiatives for 2019-20 is the prospect of our first two all-girls teams in the under 12s and under 15s subject to numbers. Girls will be supplied with all necessary equipment and full playing uniforms so why not give it a go!
At this stage, we are looking for girls to submit an expression of interest to get involved in our girls cricket teams for 2019-20
Our girls cricket initiative is free this season with no fees applicable other than a $5 insurance fee from Cricket Victoria. Uniforms will also be supplied by the club
